Lyrics:
Time is always there to catch my fall
I carry it in something beautiful
I turn the key into my burial
A cellar door into my open soul

Close the loophole

Who could've known I would fall so hard starting over
Loop is closed just go to the depths
Cold mirror

Transform my death into a conduit
This body separate from the fear of fear
Inside a coping mechanism of monotony
I will destroy the double vision that I was forced to leave

Close the loophole

Who could've known I would fall so hard starting over
Loop is closed just go to the depths
Cold mirror

There is a chain that I don't believe in
There is a strain on the tempered ceiling
My lungs are full of the pain of feeling
I can’t live in this world while I breathe in another one

So tear my lungs out
Tear my lungs out

Who could've known I would fall so hard starting over
Loop is closed just go to the depths
Cold mirror

Who could've known I would fall so hard starting over
Loop is closed just go to the depths
Cold mirror

Who could've known I would fall so hard starting over
Loop is closed just go to the depths
Cold mirror

I love how Courtney is so insanely calm in all their videos.

This is god tier. Absolutely their most heaviest song yet. Courtney looking like a dream in a nightmare. God, I love this band so much.

the opening riff is legitimately so claustrophobic, I don't remember the last time a song made me feel this way, even their other heavier songs. I love it

I love their melodic stuff, but these dissonant/diminished tracks are where I think their range is best animated. Such a patented blend of groove, thrash, thud, and melody, all at once. All of the members are phenomenal songwriters with perfectly complementing styles, and their ability to ebb and flow a track while keeping it cohesive is top notch. What a great time to be a metalcore fan, we're seeing the genre evolve and mature in real time.

Love Spiritbox more than I can explain so I absolutely love this video. Also to anyone that hasn’t already seen them live you are totally missing out they sound just if not better in person than any other media.

This is the definition of an instant classic. The horror vibes are impeccable, really brings me back to Belcarra but somehow even more intense.

Also, this totally leads into Jaded if you listen to the absolute very end.

The polyrhythm breakdown and chug is brutal and heavy af ! Absolutely menacing song . Best spiritbox song till date . Songwriting, production and mixing and even the video quality (!!!) is a wow ! 🙌🏾🤘🏽

Heaviest since Holy Roller and I’m here for it all. Keep rolling, Spiritbox🤘🏼

Amazing concept album. I love how cellar door starts with “time is always here to catch my fall” as the first line in the album. Then ends with “never too close, never too late, there’s always time” as the last line in ultraviolet. Really love how it all loops around. One of many reasons why this EP is a true masterpiece 🥲

I love how more than half of the people watching this hasn't heard of I Wrestled A Bear Once lmao Courtney didn't just come out of thin air. She's been working really hard to get the credit she deserves.

I need a moment of silence to process this.... just jammed in a Denny's parking lot during the premier.... this is more beautiful than the birth of a baby.... Ive seen the amazing things God has done in my life.... but this.... is truly the peak

I love the apocalyptic matrix/gothic style aesthetic in this. Having 3 Courtneys is scary in a good way 🤩

Probably their heaviest song since holy roller. My favorite metalcore band of all time, Courtney is a goddess.

I need to share something crazy. The past few weeks have been super difficult mentally (battling with depression and health issues for years) and yesterday I had a serious mental breakdown. Luckily I was able to videochat with my therapist. We talked about a 'trick' I use when I'm in a very dark place. A white sun-like circle appears in my head shining bright light and then the sunrays destroy all (or at least as much as possible) negative energy in my head. The past days it didn't seem to work, because I had spiraled too far down. But because my therapist helped me, I managed to see the white sun-like circle above and around my head beaming through the darkness. I finally felt more calm again. This morning I woke up and suddenly saw this new video of Cellar Door and i was stunned. I saw the white circle around Courtney's head and around the band. What a weird, almost supernatural, but beautiful coincidence. Spiritbox has been my favorite band for over a year and their music has meant so much for me. Thank you!

The parts with her crawling through the wires and cables is wildly unsettling to me. I had nightmares just like this when I was fresh out of cancer surgery. With that being said, well fucking done. You managed to audibly and visually capture a nightmare. I can't get enough of it.
