Check out the Onefinity CNC Machine Here:

I created this video series aimed at the true beginner to hobby CNC's. Although Carbide Create is made for the Shapeoko, it can be used for any CNC because it just generates G-Code.
Please leave any info i left out that you want to know about in the comments below. I'll be out with more videos soon.

Thank you for being the first person I've found to explain things in the simplest terms possible for new Shapeoko/Carbide users! Carbide should hire you to do their tutorial videos because theirs are way too advanced and superficial for the novice user. If you have any updated videos for updates to Carbide Create, Carbide Motion, and the Shapeoko XXL parts, I'll be devouring those!

Thank you so much for the quality of your teaching to beginners. Personally I like the details of all steps of a first realization. I’m happy to understand very well your prononciation for French people 😀

Hi, Thank you so much for the very simplistic explanation and demonstration of how to use the Carbide Create. I have recently decided to purchase a CnC Machine, after many hours of searching for a beginner friendly machine I discovered the Shapeoko 5 pro. My biggest fear was learning the software, however your video has giving me the confidence I need to accomplish this milestone. Thanks Again..

I was about to give up on my Shapeoko until I found your videos. Much much better than the Carbide tutorial. I will purchase all your files to show support. Thankyou

Whew! First I watched the Carbide Create beginners video. BLAH! He goes too fast and doesn't explain each item in the drop-down menus. I'm so glad you have this video online for somebody like me! TOTALLY new to the CNC world. Thank you!!! :)

Thanks for posting this! I am familiar with advanced modeling and design software but the simplicity of Carbide Create really helps me focus on the tool path design and actually cutting stuff. Your videos have helped me from researching to now cutting stuff out with my SO3 XXL!

I've been looking for a good tutorial on how to use a picture of a face in Carbide Create and full setup in CC, as well as choosing milling bits. Sending G-Code to CNC and seeing the finished result. You have a very good explanation in your videos, so I think you could make this understandable for many.

I plan on ordering my Shapeoko XXL today. Your videos are very good about explaining things, I hope with your help I will be able to set my machine up and be able to learn to use it with your help. Thanks for taking the time to share your information with us, never have used a CNC before but I hope with people like you at there I will have it up and running soon. Keep those videos coming, you make it look so easy. Thanks so much, I know you are very much appreciated . Thanks again. You do very good work

Great tutorials! Noob to CNC and this type of software. I'm impressed to the simple fact that you take the time to reply to everyone that posts! That says a lot about you and your channel. Keep up the great work!!! ---- I've purchased the Shapeoko 3 XXL as my "STARTER" machine. I'm looking forward to see what can be created! Thanx again!

So I am no beginner to the CAD world nor CNC setup and tool path layout but I wanted to see specifically how to do it with Carbide as I just ordered my XL.  I must applaud you on this mini series.  I could see a beginner following right along with this and having no issues at all.  You did not skip over anything and explained it all thoroughly.  And I learned very quickly what I needed to know for importing and setting home on the machine (waiting on the touch probe to come back in stock...)
