Your flashing is nice. When I changed the windows in my addition, the builder hadn't flashed anything. Two sills and a couple of the deadmen rotted. I obsessed for days about how window flashing worked. Finally saw a video showing the pan construction like yours.

some guys shim the sill under the window with a 5 degree angle so if water does get onto it, it will want to run to the outside.... seen some builders actually cut the 5 degree angle right into the cripple under the sill also.... food for thought.

By the look of it Virginia or PA, seem to me like the ideal place for woodlot owner. beraly have snow in the winter and the forest are clean and pristine. except for the price obv.
