Very smart idea putting the rigid on top of the initial subfloor. You now have a thermal break with a continuous R-10 Value. If you do add insulation, you will increase the cavity value plus the rigid. for the flooring. To complete it, if you fill the cavity fully and put some sort of air barrier underneath with plywood, you gain additional R-value with the joists not be exposed. Thus, the 2x 12 you used will slightly over R-12 and then add that to the rigid you will have over R-24 with all the wood. Use a permeable type of insulation so that your floor system can properly dry out.

With a pier foundation, the cold from the bottom will rob your heat. Therefore, you are doing an excellent job. Keep it up.

fantastic work! - you will need to install new blocking at the bottom of the walls just above the new floor elevation. WAY TO GET AFTER IT!!!!
