Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's tutorial, you will learn how to merge and split cells in LibreOffice Calc.
Go to Libre Office file that you need.
We will format the cells for better view. Select the cells that you need. Go to the top toolbar and change the font size to make cells bigger or smaller. Click on the borders and choose All borders from the list.
Select the cells that you want to merge. Click on Format at the top toolbar. Choose Merge cells from the list. The cells are merged. It is that easy. Select the cells that you want to merge. Click on Format at the top toolbar. Choose Merge cells from the list.
You can also split cells. Select the cells that you want to split. Click on Format at the top toolbar. Choose Merge cells from the list. Click on Split cells. The cells are split.
One more time.Select the cells that you want to split. Click on Format at the top toolbar. Choose Merge cells from the list. Click on Split cells.

but u can't do it when it's not already merged....

My LibreOffice 7.4 doesn't have the split cell option.

Hi, is there a way to merge multiple cells across? I'm trying to find a way to do it in batches instead of one by one, like how you could in MS Excel, lol.
