Thank you Dr Mike for this amazing video. I've spinal disease and have had several surgeries, just waiting for a 5th. You've explained a lot of the weird stuff I experience e.g. the difference between feeling pain and touch. Could never understand why certain things felt the way they do. I can feel pain (lots) yet can't always feel touch. Can't tell you what an amazing thing you have to be able to explain in terms lay folk can understand. Thank you for the great explanation, just some correction : Spinothalamic pathway conducts Superficial senses(Temperature, Crude touch, Pain) and Dorsal column pathway conducts Deep senses(Vibration, Joint location, Pressure, Fine touch, Two point discrimination).
