I stopped this form of prayer a few years back bcoz i felt like layers of myself were being peeled away and i was afraid of what would be revealed underneath it all.. Now i'm back and want to embrace it fully. Help me Lord! 🙏🙏

Fr. Manuel Bravo and Ed Broom both teach this prayer of Examination of Conscience and now I have been blessed to understand that God is Always with me in every life situation, be it painful or pleasant.
