Показать описание
Ignatius Loyola's daily examen is a reflective prayer. In praying the examen, we are blessed with the opportunity to see our day through the eyes of the Holy Spirit and become more aware of God's presence in all things. The practice begins with reflecting on our day in gratitude and ends in looking to God for guidance for our future.

A beautiful guided daily Examen. I have lapsed for a few weeks, but this was a good reminder to restart an evening Examen, and be still.

I do a daily Examen every evening with one of those on YouTube. I have tried dozens of different ones. Yours is one of my favorites. Very calming. Not trying to recall everything of the day, but the strong emotions and events, as the Spirit brings them forth. Thank you!
