I’ve been made redundant for the second time (I’ve only had 2 jobs!) and it’s from a job with a high salary and a bit of a dead end in terms of progression. I’m so scared for the future because the job is so niche. You’re the first video I’ve come across that’s put a positive spin on this and not just gone through legalities. You’ve made me feel so vindicated and I want to thank you so much. I’ve had a depressing past week and it’s the first time I’ve had an ounce of motivation to get myself back up on my feet again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, liked and subscribed, can’t wait for more

So, I think I will be potentially made redundant. I'm pleased it's not out of the blue. I'm not upset about it at the moment because I don't want to spend that energy on something I cannot control - I need to focus on getting a new position. I'm not sure how to manage this the best way. I might be able to line up a new role with a client - the business will not like it especially if I disclose the reason. The business wants to look successful but there is not enough work.

Thanks for your vedio. I am in the redundant process. I just wonder if garden leave is an option or not. My employer expects me to work during 3month notice period, but I don't want to. I was also suggested to employer a solicitor, but I don't want so complex, should I must select a solicitor, or just an option. EMployer wants to pay 400 pound for solicitor, but I am not sure the cost to employ a solicitor. Could you give me an advice for my question s above. Many thanks.

I’m scared, I have no qualifications and been working for family past 15 years and I’ll never earn what I have been.
Ive built my life around that salary and I’ll be on minimum wage rest of my life.
My car and phone was both company supplied and they’ve gone also
