Insight's Ignore Elemental Resist is effectively a free boost in final damage. Endgame bosses all have elemental resists on top of PDR which further reduces damage against them, and IER is the only way to mitigate that. Attacks don't need to have an element to take advantage of IER either, because physical and magical are counted as elements.

So if you boom a piece of equipment you can bring it back or transfer its stats to another exact piece. What gets transfered over exactly or does it keep its pre-boom stats?
