ICL manufactued an integrated phone and computer based on the Sinclair QL, called the "One per Desk" (OPD). In Australia, the National telco, Telecom Australia, sold them as the 'Computerphone'. As a new Telecom recruit in 1985, our manager received a Computerphone which he only used as a telephone. In early 1986, the first IBM PC clones began appearing at work, and the Computerphone rapidly became junk.
