June from Nybbles and Bytes joins me as I unbox the C128D given to me by Commodore that has been out in the wild for 40 years. Thanks to Santo who found and sent my old C128D back to me and young Joshua who kept it safe all these years.

@June, keep the switch always on, better to insert the plug into the mains, will also keep your fingers free from grease. Well, at least from this switch. 😄

I still have my original C64, but I lent my A500 to a friend and never got it back. I cracked it with him at the time and had not seen him in a few years when he shows up at my door holding a C128D with keyboard and 1901 monitor (with both video cables) & says 'will you take this in lieu of the A500?'
The only problem with it now is that it is yellower than American cheese.
