DK was always considered a busted low tier. Like he wasn't good against most of the "viable" characters, but he was WAY too dominant in low tier side events and would always get banned from them. (In retrospect, THAT should have been our biggest indicator that DK would be the next Yoshi.)

Plus I always knew DK had uptapped potential, ever since Bum used him back in 2007. Now Junebug and other DK players have stepped it up and Im loving every minute of it

A lot of it is because he has a great Fox MU compared to the rest of the cast and the same for Marth, the two best characters in the game who are insanley common.
