The edges were crispy but the middle was a little doughy. I think if I work on it a bit the hole thing could be crispy, maybe make the batter just a bit thinner.

Give it a try, less eggy then a crepe but it has a nice texture and taste to it

i"m going to say its very close. but they use more oil in the base. near our taco truck lady food. cheap, easy to cook, walk and eat. cast iron.

Yeah, that is what I did the first time, kinda turned into a big burrito good but not the street food effect I wanted. This fits the bill

Just tried your recipe this morning and it turn out very good. Next time I need to put more salt and sauce. I got a non-stick flat pan, but I'm sure that cooking in an iron flat pan is much easier.

in france that would be called a crepe' batter. but theirs is more of a pastry instead of a flat bread eggroll. I'll have to try it.

Man that does look good, going to have to try a southwest version with chiptole sauce, pineapple and maybe some chicharonnes, pulled pork and cilantro.

Maybe, I found it by typing in Chinese street food then I had to find a recipe and did some experimentation, close as I think I can get but it's actually good and different, don't want it every day though, thx for the cool comment.

It would also be great if you apply the sweet bean sauce, that's how people in my hometown make it.
