I had a civil case against me from a oil and gas company, they took me supreme court for tresspassing but because I have treaty rights as a first nations person it was a wedge for them. I blocked Alton gas company from entering their site for 4 years peaceful protesting and asserting my Treaty Rights until they gathered enough evidence to take me to supreme court and filed an interlocutory injunction against me and my partner. The real reason why they listed me and my partner on the injunction is because we were getting FOIPOPS that proved the company was not in compliance with federal regulations and law. We fully exposed the gas company and protected our sacred river from them releasing deliouterouis substance into fish habitat and made the shut down their project and decommission their project altogether. During the time they summons me I couldent get a lawyer to help me but last 2 days I ended up convincing a Environmental lawfirm to help me and they did for free because of my work protecting the shubie river here in Nova Scotia Canada, Dale Andrew Poulette and Rachael Greenland-Smith Smith VS Alton Natural Gas Inc
