Is the Ascher Racing F64 V3 wheel really worth $1100?! Full review and test drive

Welcome back for the first video of my sim racing steering wheel review series!
In this first episode, I am reviewing the Ascher Racing F64 V3, and giving it scores in the following 4 categories:
- Design and Build Quality
- Features and Customizability
- Ergonomics and Grip
- Overall Value

Love this wheel so much. We need more of these classic designs to come back. Believe me overtime you will go rubber. Alcantara is the least selling grip material now. Due to wear. You will def want rubber believe me a year or two from now it will be what you buy mostly.

Most of us are used to rubber now. We were on the alcantara hype train 6 years ago though! Still awesome for sure.

Nice review! You should consider putting the Bavarian Simtec Alpha on your radar. IMO it's one of the best wheels on the market right now, and the quality is right up there with GSI and Ascher.

You forgot to mention that it comes with additional magnets and spacers, and you can change the shifter force with them. As a bonus, if you make the shifter force lighter, they sound much dampened.

Nice video and I totally agree with you on most of the thoughts you have on the wheel. Personally I would love to have one of those, but I opted for the cheaper variant; the F28 (v2). I am curious about your opinion on that wheel, because it has a great portion of the features you mentioned, but lacks a few but sits at a lower price also.

Impressed to see that it's mostly aluminum when it's so easy to cut corners and use plastic. My sensory issues couldn't do the sticky grips though.

Great review. I really like the Ascher Grips and I don’t wear gloves. I am very happy with the wheel.

I agree with you 💯, the grip is not my favorite either, that's why I have a couple of the Ascher Racing button plates so I can use other wheel rims that feel better in my hands. These are Top Teir built products that are worth the money and the wireless for my Simucube works fantastic! Keep up the great content you're Crushing It Girl!🙌🙌

Running a Cube Controls FPRO at the moment, but also have the Ascher McLaren Artura Ultimate, which is a fantastic wheel, just have a slight issue with the usb at the mo

Ascher has some of the best build quality, if you want one of the best as a show piece that's fine. But there are now better value based wheels for the price.

Can't fault the quality, but I've never liked the aesthetics of Aescher wheels. I went with a Cube Controls CSX 3 after considering this one.
