My current routine at 27 is :

Wash face with cold water

Apply cerave (green pump bottle) and gently massage

Evarytime I used coconut oil on my skin I get breaks outs, It has Fractionated Coconut Oil in. So it's a NO for me! I wish they had added Jojoba oil instead.

It sounds like you said you use frankincense alone-does that mean you use from the same company, envy frankincense? I guess you find that frankincense alone has so many benefits that you don’t need to have the other oils with it which just weakens the power? I’m curious to hear more- I would be interested in just one because that’s how I like to do all my tinctures because it’s so much more powerful that way

is this the best product to use for bruising? I had a pretty severe ankle injury several years ago and my foot swelled up real bad and alot of blood polled in the ankle. Eventually it healed and everything went back to normal but I still have dark stains under the ankle skin that never went away. Would something like this work or is there something better?
