DUDE! You are giving a photography lesson more than actual camera tutorial. 250/ is optimal shutter for portraits for NO movement especially dealing with KIDS that refuse to stay still.
I have been shooting with DSLR since the 80's as a PRO. Forgot more than YOUTUBERS even know. FACT. I just came here to learn the NEW device.
250 / 5.6 is AMAZING portrait settings, adjust the iso only if one wants over balance portraits. 250/ 5.6 (iso 250 to 400)

i dont understand i put it in manual mode but camera is still changing the exposure meter... i have iso set to a value too cannot understand how to make it fully manual and have full control on sony a7c ii

All of your demo is with the lens down on the table. Black Screen. No sense of the scene illumination in the context of the manual exposure setting, Let along the utility (or not) of the exposure preview function mirrorless cameras have. ~TEU

Hi Jerad I just bought the Sony a7r v and the Sony G master 24-70 lens everything looks amazing when I shoot in automatic but when I shoot in manual mode it looks very flat no color and not as sharp wounding it you had any thoughts or if anyone had the same problem?

Dude I literally need to know how to change the f number and the other number using the dials like you can in a mode but I want it to be in 1 mode where I can save it that's all. And 3/4 of the way through this video I still don't have the answer
