sad fact is in norway there ar many good skiiers with huge talent whom are young, but never get the chance to represent norway in the world cup, world championship or olympic games because of the fact that there are wayyy too many good norwegians. someone said once but sadly forgot just who. "most pro skiiers from norway whom are top 30 on beitostølen or in the Norwegian championships are maybe not first team material for norway but possibly superstar material for other countries"

Its ironic that being too good at skiing Norway is drying this sport away. Norway has tradition, funding, enviroment, genetics, everything. Dont get me wrong iam not blaming Norway, every country would do the same if possible. Still it is killing skiing as a sport. Unfair irony for norway which only" sin " is beeing too damn good at it
