I love thinking about mobians sharing some habits with their real-world counterparts. Such as Knuckles agressively kicking dirt when he's annoyed and sitting in the hole he dug out this way with his armes crossed. Just sulking and growling quietly for a while.
Or, if he's in a building and can't kick-dig a hole, he'd start angrily rearranging furniture (that's what real echidnas do when they are put in a room).
