Turkey, Avacado, and Rice Salad
Recipe by Donna Wessels, November 1985
---Ingredients:
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ cups diced avocado
1 cup cooked, diced turkey
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup finely chopped celery
½ teaspoon finely chopped green onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
Peach Cobbler

½ cup sugar
½ stick butter
½ heaping cup of sugar
1 egg
½ cup oil
1 heaping cup of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 quart or large can of sliced peaches
Spiced Tea

¾ cup instant tea
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 pkg. Lemonade mix
