'Democrats should earn our vote': Pro-Palestinian protesters march in Chicago ahead of DNC

Thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters marched through Chicago on Sunday ahead of the start of the Democratic National Convention. The protesters, including Muslim delegates and their allies, demanded an arms embargo on Israel and voiced concern over the ongoing conflict in Gaza.

"I think that the Democrats should have to earn our vote. I think that we shouldn't just give them away automatically because they're not Trump. I think their policies are really similar. I'm here hoping that they'll sign an arms embargo to Israel, even though I doubt it," said protester Hazel Katz.

"Our tax dollars are being used to kill children, women, elderly, men, innocent civilians. Two million displaced people, millions of destroyed homes. Enough is enough," said protester Muhaned Elhindi.

Whats crazy is that they don't know that the free palestine movement is support for hamas and if they really want a peaceful resolution they should call for a armastice for both countries. But again these are folks who don't realize we are in no position to help anyone when our structure is crumbling down in terms of homes, military, finance, security, and standing at the world table.
