Blu-ray Hunt #164 29/08/22 plus Jurassic Coast holiday video…massive Blu-ray stack

Hi everyone sorry this is late, but it was a pain to edit plus it’s been processing for 4 hours 😡 there are two weeks worth of pickups in this video so have a cup of tea and biscuit at hand, I hope you enjoy the video.

Major catch up on your videos Alan,
Plenty of new releases at HMV, ha, ha i was also thinking it was like a scene from Predator when i heard that noise at the 6.00 mark, get to the chopper Alan !!!! Carry on camping Alan, some nice views & sights on your holiday break.
Even on your holiday you are movie hunting, a CEX on your travels then its a must !
Good price for "Rising sun" i think some prices do vary but it shouldn"t, that"s a fair stack of movies, i also got "Dog soldiers" i do like the movie but i do prefer other werewolf classics, one of my favourites from Nicholas Cage "Red Rock West" which is one i"m planning to get, a nice edition too, & more Cage in "The weather man" one i don"t think i"ve seen 🤔 "The Seven ups" is a awesome gritty cop thriller, & superb car chase scene, you"ll love "Mr Majestyk" a Bronson fav of mine, oh i didn"t realise that "The Gunfighter" finally got released after been put a few times, a excellent haul Alan.

Hi Alan,
I have to admit I’m not a fan of camping unless it’s for 1 night but I really love the thought of it, trouble is I love my home comforts like my own shower and bog. Saying that it does look beautiful and love the look of the location. It’s lovely around that location, I’m on holiday at the moment but I’m a little further away at Wimborne but having days out around the area like Poole, Bournemouth and further around. Looks like you had a good time fossil hunting, it’s amazing what you can find and looks like your daughter found a good one.
WOW 😮 that’s a lot of pick ups, your getting worse then me 😂
Red rock west is a great film, mind you I have not seen it for a long time. The weather man is another great Nic cage. Brilliant pick ups and a really great video. Take care

Hey Alan, sorry for lack of comments lately. I've been so busy and just adding videos to my watch later and now need to catch up.
Lovely to see the tent up, used to love camping with the scouts when I was younger. Loved the sound of the running water, could fall asleep to that sound easily. I always had to say She sells sea shells all the time when I was younger because of speech issues.

Hi Alan, wow your holiday looks very relaxing, I kept on thinking of film locations, at the start of your video at the lake with the helicopter in the background all you needed to say was get to da chopper!! Then the cliffs & sea it could've of been from the original planet of the apes!! And finish with the farm house, being the Texas chainsaw massacre. Now to blu rays, (The Sandwich man) never heard of it and will be picking that up, also Please Sir what a classic. Dog soldiers what a great Werewolf film up there with American Werewolf In London. Nice upload KG, 7.34 - reminded me somewhat of the private beach in "Old". 17.46 - I can tell the busker is starting to play "You fill up my senses". Hope you found this 3rd camping holiday more enjoyable than the previous two!

Awesome Video Alan some great holiday pics to treasure. Some great reviews Konga is a must I orded direct to second sight for the Mummy and Frankenstein the monster from hell and Dog soilders all fantastic releases. So many 4ks and blu rays coming out.

Wow the jurassic cost is very beautiful 😮I really liked that pub . The food you had looked delicious . As you were touring and showing us the farm I noticed it was very quiet there a silent hill I was expecting to hear dogs barking birds chirping ducks etc

Lovely video Alan, did not know "Swan Song" with Udo Kier was out super Art House Film must have it asap looks fab! Looks like you had a nice holiday break, that Jurassic type tree by the stream was amazing! Love all those beach shots of the chalk cliffs, millions of years old! Our time here is a blink when you look at mother nature and the fossils fab lovely farm area walk 2 house martins so cute. Your drive through Lyme Regis was great, love your jaunty backing music fits well! - some great pick-ups love all those Fox Classics Sun also Rises is fab great music score! The Gunfighter, Rawhide, Panic in the streets, this is Classic Hollywood now not so sure about KONGA! lol but hey Jess Conrad is in this, he is hilarious! I enjoyed Lightyear, really like the robot cat 😻 . The Jurassic coast is fantastic. Stayed in Lyme Regis about 5 years ago yeah the coast has some wonderful fossils 👍. The camp site where you stayed looks really nice. Great video Alan, take care Mate 🙂 👍

Brilliant video Alan. Oh we remember Durdle Door well, trying to get the boys up that hill, while they were crying, The memories 😂. Tell you what you were spot on about that shop in the distance, could have easily centuries ago, you wouldn’t know.
Great finds at L. Regis, always busy and we had too but a hammer too as tried like you with the rocks. I really enjoyed the walk through part and spotted a camper van I liked, love VW Camper vans. Liked the way where you stayed it was over 18s. Grid port is where that David Tennet series is filmed, my mum goes there quite a lot. Great pick ups too. 😀👍

We stayed in Weymouth in June I also ventured in that cex ....good to see Ernie ...and the housemartins....that is a beautiful part of the world ....looks like you had a great time nice pickups ....thank you Alan for the time and effort you put into these vlogs....its wot Mondays are made for ....av a great week mate 👍

Looks like you had a great time on Holiday Alan, I have Dog Soldiers on order so will hopefully have that soon. Not watched The Seven Ups but its a film i really want to see, i belive its a spinoff from The French Connection. Mr Majestyk is my Favourite Bronson movie, great film and the actress is it always reminds me of a young Jane Fonda, thanks mate.

Looks like a fun weekend camping. I wish there were places like that here in the States. Did you get any DNA from those fossils? You could extract it and recreate the creatures!!! WHAT COULD GO WRONG????

Of those pickups I highly recommend River's Edge an underrated cult classic. One of my fave 80s films.
