I wish i could afford crew motorfest but i got the crew 2 for 1 $

alternatively just to the riding in my buik event put dirty driving on then run it to a ton of fences in the farm land area to get a quick 8k bucks and use a hyper car, should only take around three and a half minutes, but before starting the event go to settings and change difficulty to 5 (not in the event settings as difficulty is unchangable), if you get the right legendary parts you could etither use bucks boost or xp boost and get over 60k bucks or over 41k xp

Edit: when using a hyper car make sure its awd/4wd otherwise youll be spinning out all the time but make sure to use all the shortcuts.
