Warning people about money glitches is almost like warning people about doing intersection takeovers. They’ll just continue doing it again and again until it’s too late and they get caught and face the outcomes, which are mostly impacting in a negative way.

Sad to see that games have to be exploited like this, but it’s been happening in other games too, so it’s not that much of a surprise. It shows that people CBA to grind the normal way because they want to get the game done and over with and also sometimes to “prove” that they are better than others.

Honestly, what’s the point? I guess the term “cheaters never prosper” is non-existent. But that’s today’s society. Never have I ever thought of doing such exploits in the games I play. I’m the type who would grind and do it the hard and fun way. Doing these money glitches are cheap.

I remember long ago in that reaction video of MrBossFTW when you mentioned about hating seeing games being ruined by such people. You also said in that video that it “ruins the game for the people who want to play it”. I even made a comment on that particular part in the video that simply read, “Theo understands me.”

what did they expect? playing 4 hours to unlock a car, then another 4 hours to purchase it and then another 4 to upgrade it. they did it to themselves. the economy is DOGWATER. each race should give you 50k...

The reason for people doing glitches is that you get so little money in online not everyone has hours of time just to farm for one car. If one race was like 60-70k No one would do glitches

people do money cheats because the game was and, still is for that matter, boring without it. grinding for the best stuff is great when there's actual content in between, like mmorpgs or something. unbound isn't an mmorpg, it's a barebones racer with horrible pvp implementation. if they don't want people to cheat, they should make a better game that encourages grinding instead of making it a chore

Honestly, they need to change the objective thing to unlock the cars. I’m trying to unlock the Porsche Cayman but it’s so tedious that I gave up at 15 and will do 5 tier A playlists tomorrow. Honestly, Online is kind of easier to make money because you don’t need to pay an entry fee and you can basically just AFK during any race to get 15K (depending on how many people join). Single player’s economy is horrible.

If they want people to stop using glitches to get money then they need to fix the economy online. 20k for 3 races is way to low, that's about 6.5k a race which is ridiculous when single player has 80+k races. But who knows, its EA, I bet they will keep the crappy economy online and put in money packs you can buy with real money. Paint dries faster than it takes to get just 500k in lakeshore online. Thats not a grind, thats a chore

i've done it plenty of times because i like to tune cars to find the perfect build, like A LOT, and believe me, it's EXPENSIVE, and sadly, only 16 people in servers and low cut on playlist makes the grind frustrating, so fck off, i'm gonna do it, first fix the pista, nerf the f-40 and regera, and then we can talk about everything else. Never got banned btw.

In other situation I wouldn't use an exploit in video games, but Unbound's grind in Multiplayer is so absurd, that I hacked the game to get more money (and somehow didn't get banned yet)

Before banning people for no reason, they should understand WHY there are so many cheaters. Maybe they will find a good reason.

Imagine that they dont like the artificial fluff unbound added so that getting anything is just annoyingly difficult. I wish need for speed would get pulled out from EA's thumb but know it regrettably never will, i have accepted the franchise is never going to come back
