I went with Ms. Bumbleflower as Commander, Food Chain and Eternal Scourge with Hullbreaker Horror set up some infinite cast loops to win through mill.

It's a +1/+1 counter deck with some other things it does.

I built Bumbleflower as a "draw everybody out"- group hug deck. I really love how it turned out.

If you want to keep Bumbleflower as your commander (I get it, believe me) then Lae'zel, Falco Spara and Ozolith, the Shattered Spine are all very powerful but cheap includes in it. Dreamtide Whale is $1.55 but it's still a very solid include as well.
