Army recruiter here, these are great points

We look at college graduates for an opportunity into the OCS ( office candidate course ) program. They will be commissioned into a 2LT (O1) position with pay starting around $60, 000-$80, 000 per year

With growth opportunities within the first 4 years In Army to make $95, 000-$110, 000 a year as a CPT (O3)

The pay is based on the location of duty station aka where the individual will be living and working
