I've Made it just today and it tastes wonderful! Left out the poppy seeds. The vegetable oil gives this cake a fabulous moist texture and the lemon flavor is amazing! Highly recommended!!! Thank you for this recipe, it'll sure go in my repertoire!

Definitely try this recipe it's absolutely delicious. I made this cake last night and the lemon smell filled my entire house. It didn't last to long cause I ate it all as soon as it was done. (tip) try waiting a bit before putting the icing on top. :) good luck

I made this a few days ago and it's awesome!!! I deviate a little though. I didn't make the icing but just squeeze the lemon directly into the 'gloopy' batter :)
