This is it. The ultimate test of my abilities as a dude who likes to cook. It all comes down to this. Can I make Instant Ramen better??

- Miso Paste (2 tsp)
- Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Chili Oil (1 tbsp)
- Hondashi (1 tsp)
- Skinless Pork Belly (1 larger tongue worth) / Possibly chicken thigh
- Unsalted Butter (1 tbsp)
- Egg (1)
- Green Onions (2 stalks)
- Bok Choy (1 head)
- Kamaboko (3 slices)

1 day:
- Ramen Package (1)
- Water (4 cup)
- Kombu (2 piece)
- Bonito Flakes (½ cup)
- Soy Sauce (1 cup)
- Mirin (¾ cup)
- Salt (tt)

- Skinless Pork Belly (2lbs slab)
- Green Onion (1 bushel)
- Ginger (3 in)
- Soy Sauce (2 cup)
- Water (2 cup)
- Mirin (1 cup)
- Cooking Sake (1 cup)

- Soy Sauce (⅓ cup)
- Mirin (¼ cup)
- Sesame Oil (2 tbsp)
- Sugar (1 tbsp)
- Water (to cover)
