Dont necessarily need to shave it usually thinking about the anatomy and feeling with your finger helps and then pouring alchohol on it really helps make it stand out. This is really good video you made it look so easy.

Pro tip: use one hand to lock the knee in extension by applying pressure to the anterior thigh, reduces rolling

Jugular is for Blood Draws
Cephalic is for IVC only
Lateral Saphenous is for IV injections and Blood Draws
