Bobby Kimball threw down on those verses on IM A MAN. He had vocal power 2.0 and he had just rejoined TOTO a year before this 1999 concert clip.

Someone brought their 1999 handheld camcorder to the concert! And did a nice job! Glad the ushers didn’t shut him down! I tried this once and only got one song before they made me stop!

It seems so unusual that Chicago would start one of their concerts with "Call On Me." Does anyone know if this was actually the setlist or if something came before it but wasn't on the recording?
