For those who have error, you can follow these:

1. install tf_keras and import

!pip install tf_keras
import tf_keras

2. use tf_keras.Sequential instead of tf.keras.Sequential

your explanation is quiet well i have a doubt that as though in the last stage of the code which is predecting for the new data in this code we have resized the image to 224 why your cat image is smaller and dog image is quite bigger .i dont get this
