I love my FE evo, it's such a once in a lifetime experience owning this car that I think everyone should consider renting one at least to see what it's all about. I don't remember if you mentioned that this FE evo carries over the shocks from the MR, they are awesome!

I just bought a brand new 2015 Evo MR about a month ago. Best decision ever. I was looking at Final Editions and they are marked up anywhere from $5000-$10000 which is crazy. The used market for GSRs are crazy with a 2014 GSR with 20k miles going for 30k-33k and a new MR going for about 34k-38k. Brings a smile to my face every time and I just hit 1300 miles.

As a final edition owner I have a deep love for this car, my 3rd Evolution! I'm so happy that you delivered an honest review, the handling is the best in the segment and very easy to drive. Thank you!

For a 2008 car, these still look good. Something to be admired about that

I'm a Subaru fanboy, I drive a WRX. I was sad to see it go because I loved the competition, forcing Subaru to innovate and improve a bit in the class. Now it seems Ford is stepping into that role to fill Mitsu's vacancy.

Even the final edition 2015 beats the 2017 STi. More hp per liter with a smaller motor in the EVO, better handling than the Sti also. Amazing product even without many updates.

I agree with you. You have to experience an EVO to "get it." It's a very different experience from driving a WRX/STI. It's so raw and the X seems to bend the laws of physics in a different way from the VIII/IX. Just hoping my brother can get his oiling problem figured out so he can take advantage of the MAP turbo and O2 dump pipe/straight pipe exhaust he's got fitted to his '08. Then he can actually beat my dad's cammed/bolt-on IX.

You think Mitsubishi is done? In the car world maybe, in the rest of the world, not even close.

Mitsubishi Group had a 2015 Revenue of over $500 Billion that's more
than VW Group and Ford Motor Company Combined. Yeah they're pulling back
from the auto industry but everyone knows the money is in the Military
Industrial Complex, and the U.S Marines are looking to purchase
Amphibious vehicles from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. I don't even have a
Mitsubishi. Class Dismiss.

I'm going to buy one which is a non-finale then. Its been my dream car for so long, and they are affordable to normal ppl like me now, I can't wait to grab one.
