Just a little suggestion for your kitchen island… use the cabinets with deep drawers for all your kitchen appliances.

Just organized my home canned food. All that you did and said was how it went for me. It’s a big mental and physical effort but very rewarding to have completed. I even went back and labeled the shelves. Some items look so similar that it should be very helpful. Blessings!
