Going back to the basics with this best steak I've ever eaten. Salt and Pepper will draw out the true flavor of a good steak and it's really all you need.

This is tough to mess it up if you follow these simple steps.

1. Fire up grill to 550 degrees F.
2. Baste on Olive oil
3. Liberally season with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
4 Liberally season with Course Ground Black Pepper
5 Grill side one for 5 minutes
6. Grill side two for 5 minutes
7. Let rest under foil tent for 5-10 minutes
