How to motorize your Kaldi Mini Coffee Roaster

Yeah...... As usual, I could not keep my hands in my pockets and as such became mad scientist for a day, or two. The Kaldi Mini is one of the finest and inexpensive ways to become acquainted with roasting your own beans. I bought the manual unit, but quickly confirmed that you need both hands to write down temps, or adjust gas pressure, etc. I was not a fan of the 24vdc motor that it came with so I felt I could build something out with even better results than the OEM. You could also add a rheostat switch to the motor and control the rpm.
