Kaldi coffee home roaster_DC12V motor driver type.
This product use separate gas burner as heating resource.
Use 304 series of stainless steel for all stirring drum and external casing to increase safety and corrosion of roaster.

Here below I’ve posted a link to the KALDI website where this and the upgraded KALDI Wide 400 can be purchased. It comes with a data logger which will track environmental and bean temperatures which can be tracked sing a program called “Artisan” which is a free software. You can also pair this with a powerful fan with variable speed controls which draws out all of the chaff, then once your beans re finished roasting, will cool the beans.
I just purchased this whole setup, all in with burner was around $1, 900 (shipping included and also the optional Center 306 data logger and chaff collector/bean cooler included)

Can you use your gas kitchen stove in place of the gas burner shown in the vid.

I got one of these.  It is nice but the thermometer is useless/inaccurate and difficult/impossible to get in the beans because the drum is closed except the small opening and the drum has vanes completely from front to back so you have to angle to tip down but not too far or it hits the vanes.

hi, I sent you an email but no reply - we ordered your non-motorized coffee roaster through G Market, but it came without all the necessary accessories, which we would like to order through you. However, the website is only in Korean and registration for orders accepts only Hangul and a Korean address. We would like to order the bean hopper, the bean sampler and the chaff collector.
