I exported the Philips Respironics reports from FDA MAUDE database. I imported the file into ChatGPT4, and it was able to summarize, organise and identify the fire risk and export a detailed list of events. I did this in about 10 minutes.

Thanks for posting this. I had not heard about the issues until your video the other day. I've not experienced this issue yet, and I think that I'm going to stop using it. I had to go out a buy the ResMed Airsense 10 when the DS1 was recalled, but I never really liked it. For me it would ramp up to the max pressure within 30-40 minutes and would stay there all night. My mouth would open up and I whistled like a train. The DS2 and DS1 neither one had this issue, so I returned the ResMed and the replacement one that I got back did the same thing. I also have the 1st phase of the Dreamstation GO that I've yet to receive the replacement unit. I kind of doubt that I will ever receive the replacement unit. They sent me a letter then other day stating that they want to just settle for $100, when I paid over $700 for the Dreamstation Go. The FDA needs to hit them with a huge fine.

7 year CPAP user here. New on nighttime oxygen (October) trying to travel to visit family and friends. I find that the only oxygen concentrator that’s portable and will support CPAP therapy (continuous flow O2) is a Phillips product!

In Canada Philips stopped replacing the old Dreamstation with Dreamstation 2 instead my service provider shipped a replacement unit that is similar to my old Dreamstation

My machine, DS2, the screen locks up weekly, requiring an unplug and plug it back in. Sucks.

There is a 1-800 number for recall registration. Other than taking down your contact information Philips does absolutely nothing in repair nor replacement.

My dreamstation 2 burned up, smoked and shocked me. It made me sick. I was made out to be the idiot. I want compensation. I still have the unit.

I used to be a PR Dreamstation 1 user. But since the foam gate, not caring about the people being stuck with a machine they can’t use. I voiced my anger at anyone who would listen. A friend at the YMCA said she a CPap machine her late husband had. Said I could have it for nothing. I jumped at the chance. And Now Using a ResMed 10 . Not giving it up anytime soon.

I’m pretty much F’d at this point. While I haven’t had any problems yet with this device, I moved to another state and don’t have a sleep specialist yet. You still can’t buy another machine without a prescription right? I wish I could just say screw them all and get my own machine.
