There is one point that I am surprised was not addressed. Urban Meyer coached Dwayne Haskins in college (coached him into being a first round pick) who is now the Redskins franchise qb. There is a trust factor and a mutual respect there. That makes a difference.

Jerry Jones doesn't deserve this. Dude is a great owner. He built up the cowboys into the most popular franchise in the nfl. Not a Cowboys fan at all, but I have to give respect where its due.
