A few points I forgot to mention when comparing this to the Ghost X:

1. This one has a very nice, but subtle vibration every time you press a button, you can turn this off if you wish but its nice to get some touch feedback.
2. The speaker inside is louder, i.e. it beeps louder.
3. It can connect to the app via Bluetooth
4. It has a 'video elapse' option (separate to the dash cam one) This allows you to record in separate video files
5. It has a 'video elapse interval' option also. This sets the length per video clip. Goes from 0.5, 1, 2, , 10 or 30 second video clips
6. It feels slightly more rubberized than the X

15 months old cam Ghost Xl. Used 4 times. Gets drenched inside of rain. Manufacturers sticks to their" 12, months warrantey" but gives me rebate of 20% for anew purchase. . So I say.. let them keep their crap

Does your external mic work, I got the XL today and either the camera or the mic adaptor is faulty I get no pickup from the mic at all.
