As lifelong fighter and now trainer, id like to offer you advice matey. Having watched a few of your bag work videos andbsome sparring footage from a while ago id say your a middle distance fighter, amd as such you jeed to have that head moving constantly, i remember last year when tou started amdnthe improvement in you has been excellent to see. But for me a bit more head movement and evem practice feigning to trigger am opponent into moving so you can hit them on the way in or even better to make them miss and make em pay
