Can you tell me how to use the rule when 12 x 899 or 12 x 855? Im not fully understanding of what to do with numbers over 5 when doubling them adds up to 10 or more. Thank you in advance.

What if it is more rhan 20 such as 12×935. Do you add two dots?

What happened to the ten you carried over from the first numbers added and placed a dot over the 4? After adding 4+4 =8 +7= 16... Carry the ten by placing a dot o'er the 6. 2+2=4+4=8 add the ten carried over the 6 and you get 9. At this point, I want to know what happened to the 10 that was from adding 7+7. Seems that first 10 disappeared.
