Hello Dale: Desperately needed - How to get a paperback KDP proof (not author) copy...because, it appears, KDP changed its process. In other words, now, it looks like you cannot upload your book without selecting either "Publish Now" or setting a date for publication. Youtube videos showing how to get a proof without publishing show KDP interfaces that do not have the requirement of selecting "Publish Now" or Selecting a release date. Are the days of getting a proof copy without setting a publishing date - on KDP - over?

Hi Dale, I just joined your subscription service. My soon-to-be-launched book is a career guidance tool for teens/young 20s. I'd love to be able to have the review "ask" in the back matter that includes a qr code. I'm just wondering if this is possible....after "going live, " immediately snag the ASIN number, create a QR code, add it to the original manuscript, and update the published manuscript. I'm not sure if you can make adjustments and upload a new manuscript that easily.

Shouldn't we be asking people to leave a review by going through their Orders or Digital Orders page in their Amazon accounts, so that the reviews will be more-valuable Verified Reviews?
