Disagree when you want to be taken seriously, especially when you are in a position of authority.
Hence, it is important to use the correct preposition.

Thanks a lot! So useful!
Can you tell me if I've understood things right?
1) Soup is made with potatoes, carrots, onions, meat etc. (because I have more than 2 ingredients and I can see them in my soup)
2) Toast is made of bread (since I still see bread, it's slightly changed, because it's grilled now)
3) But we say: Bread is made from wheat (I don't see any wheat now. It's completely different)

For the castle sentence, could I say "The castle is made of sand?" . I can see sand when I look at the castle.
