yes to leaving the bed "open" for a bit! when I wake up, I pull everything back, fluff the pillows, and open my window wide to air out the room, too. then I go back later just like you! so much fresher.

Thank you for being a motivational example to us all to clean!!! For a lazy kid like me, having a place I can go when I need to get myself in the cleaning and organizing mode is so helpful! But you are not just a cleaning example, your personality and life is also an example an inspiration, at least to me. Your Free-Time Basket video inspired me to get my own free-time basket and start a wholesome free-time club! Your day in the life vlog video inspired me to read Crying In H-Mart and write an essay on my takeaways to share with my school! Who knows how many people you could inspire when you share that part of your life? I don't know but it could really make a difference! Anyway, this whole thing is just me asking if you please could re-list some of those old videos (The Free-Time Basket one was my favorite!), but either way, you are an inspiration to us all!

I can’t afford the robot vac now but dang it’s impressive! Robot vacuums have come a long way!

My routine is quite similar when I'm on a good streak. I start by kicking the bedding off the bed and hanging the flat sheet on the door to air out. Then, I open the blinds and windows to fill the space with light and fresh air. I also like to light my daytime incense at this point.
In spring and summer, I try to spend 10 minutes outside doing stretches or yoga for some sunlight. Back inside, I unload the dishwasher, tidy the kitchen, shower, get dressed, and do my hair and makeup, so I'm ready for any meetings. I make sure to eat and take care of myself before logging in for the day to avoid neglecting self-care once I start working.
When I had a washer/dryer, I'd start a load right after breakfast. I could improve on eating properly and taking breaks once I start work, but I try to work from my porch in the afternoon. I aim to finish work at the same time each day, which helps set boundaries.
For my closing routine, I try to clean the kitchen, which when I do I find calming, using my favorite Flamingo Estate surface cleaner that lingers until the morning and I love that. I light a different incense at night, tidy the couch, and then head to bed.
I need this video, but like I said earlier, I have ebbs and flows when I'm good about discipline, routine and practicing good self care. It's so helpful to see how others manage to do it consistently!
