CLEAN MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH ME! 💙 Fast & Organized Weekly Cleaning Routine Motivation

Clean with me! Some much needed cleaning motivation (on a budget of course). After lots of requests, I FINALLY made a video of my weekly whole house cleaning routine. I have daily cleaning routines that keep me organized and on top of the house (these take about 20-30 minutes a day), and my weekly cleaning routines (which incorporate monthly ones one or twice throughout the week) take 20-30 minutes a day. I want to spend LESS THAN AN HOUR A DAY staying on top of my house. And even then, we have young kids, so spotless floors aren't my number one priority. I aim to get 80% of what I'm showing here done 80% of the time. I hope you find it motivating, helpful and learned some hacks and tips you can use in your home! (scrub using a brush with an abrasive, but non-scratching side)

First I'd like to thank you for your video. I'd like to mention that throughout my life housework has taken its toll on me. Housework has at times robbed me of time with my daughter and husband. Its caused me depression and it's caused me to feel inadequate as a parent and wife. Yea it was in my head! A few years back I did something revolutionary according to my family and friends. My husband and I years back had the opportunity to build a new home and I shuddered silently as my husband planned on living in a large house. Finally I had it out with him about the time and effort to keep up a home like this and I pictured myself never seeing daylight again once we moved in. He did something that changed my life and how I approach house cleaning forever. He handed me the blueprints and said the interior materials are all yours. If it doesn't clean well don't put it in. We actually downsized everything we owned meaning no clutter! Purchased easy clean surfaces from appliances to floors and yeas pretty is also practical. You wouldn't believe how much home design is out there without a thought to the effort to keep it clean and maintain it. It opened my eyes! No crystal chandeliers for me and yet my options became limitless even so! We also changed our bad habits and years later I people wonder how I keep such a clean house and picture me scrubbing my brains out I merely tell them to think through what they own and how much and never purchase anything without a thought to maintenance. It keeps the cleaning chores to a minimum. Because housework can enslave you and I'm not exaggerating this at all. Even with family help. Good habits and schedule and a little help goes a long way to free time up to live.

You are so lucky to have a newer home that's easy to clean and that looks clean when you're done. Older and/or cheaper homes with cheaper finishes are much more difficult. For example, your kitchen floor cleans fast and easy in minutes, but I've lived in homes with linoleum having deep groves and patterns that took daily scrubbing along with monthly electric floor brush to clean yet still looked unclean when done. You are lucky your home is so easy.
