Your back squat increased your front squat. Your front squat increased your deadlift. Your deadlift made your hips feel good so you can back squat more. Amazing cycle. 💪

Ivan, I'm following up your journey a long time, but I never commented here.
I started squat 3x per week and I jumped of 100kg to 140kg in 3 months.

Man, I’ve been filling for about a month now and I’m feeling re inspired with my workouts. I watched your workout on good mornings with the bar. Been working out for 5 years now and I’ve NEVER got my hamstrings as sore as I did with that workout! It was amazing. 3 sets for 20 with just the bar then 3 sets for 25 with no weight. I couldn’t believe how blown out my hams were. Thank you for these awesome videos it’s definitely changed out I work out more so how I approach it mentally. Your the man

The more time passes, the more I love front squat. They're incomfortable but they're so efficient for like all others lifts.

Try widen your grip for your front rack so it will use your lats to hold the weight instead of your wrist and delts doing the work.

Also try to use full grips too when you grip the barbell, these two tips that I got from my Oly weightlifting coach that study weightlifting with Chinese technique helps me alot in improving my front squat.

I started front squats a couple weeks ago and intuitively took my ohp grip this places my fingers on my delts which is much more comfortable for me but will likely hurt my fingers when I get stronger. Great pr man, love the ones that catch you by surprise, that’s the joy of auto regulatory training

Pippen! He was my guy. We all loved Mike, but I wanted to play like Scottie! I think if you did your rows chest supported, you could still keep your squat volume. If you're doing bent rows then I think the fatigue might bite you. Good luck man. Keep on keeping on 💯
