Usually your blood pressure and heart rates get really high and the doctors notice and give you more anaesthesia, so do not worry

Thankfully, there are people who monitor your heartrate, pulse, etc., when you're put asleep
any signs that you'd show of waking up or gaining consciousness, (which is *very* rare, ) they would just give you more anesthesia.

I've saw a documentary about people who woke up during surgery. They couldn't move, but their brain was awake and they felt everything the surgeon did. After these few cases, they put you to sleep in a way so if you wake up, you can move your finger so they know you're awake.

But if you want to torture someone, that's probably the best way to do it.

Uh...no, completly wrong.The anesthsiologist, nurse or surgeon would realize and then put you back to sleep again, and that's it

That's never gonna happen b'coz in every general anaesthesia surgery we countinues monitor your brain activity by eeg if its slightly change we increase anaesthetic dose soo don't worry you have high chance of not waking up by going coma by high dose of anaesthetic than waking up in mid between surgery.
