You have to try making strawberry macarons! I’ve done it with freeze dried raspberries that I’ve blitzed up, and then filled with a chocolate ganache that you can add pieces of crumbled freeze dried strawberries into! It takes some finesse if you’re not an experienced baker, as it’s dependent on how fresh or old the eggs are, humidity, rest time etc… but it’s so worth it!

Mix it into most kinds of buttercream frosting or fold it into meringue before baking. Best strawberry flavour ever

You should buy a fruit slicing thingamajig. They use it for bananas but it will cut any fruit.saves time and slices are same thickness. 👍
