How to derive DateTime using a dynamic interval?

In this video, I'll show you how you can utilise parameter in Data Studio to add or subtract a specific duration from a timestamp easily. With this method, dashboard viewers are able to decide the interval by selecting the interval from the dropdown button and the calculation would be repopulated based on the inputs.

Hi Danalyser, could you please let me know how can I filter line chart or any other charts using above logic and which parameter to be used for dimension in that case? I want to filter based on hours like 1 hour, 3 hours etc.

I need some help to be able to calculate in the data studio the duration between two dates considering only working days and business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). you would have to subtract Saturday and Sunday and the time interval from 18:01 to 08:59 the following day from the total duration time.

Example
start date and time: 12/01/2022 11:39:32

date and time of attendance: 12/06/2022 11:13:14

using the function datetime_diff(Attendance date and time, initial date and time, second ) I can get the total time of 119:33:42. I need to disregard from this total time the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and the total time on weekdays outside of business hours (18:01:00 to 08:59:00)

Please help,
I made a pivot table using your method, but the data I would like to show - it is a sum of some metrics like Revenue for example (my dimensions are month). When I collect this metric inside the table - I only see data for the one month I indicated in a dimension, but I need to see the data for last 3 month (which is not quarter respectively). Kindly ask you to help.

Can we create a custom filter like this
- Current week
- last week
- Current month
- last month
Just like you created for days.
By using parameters

Instead of using a parameter, I was using a metric(int), between " interval" and "day". THEN i put the new metric in a card, but it doesnt recognize it and i see an icon of a wrench :(
